Home Purchase

We offer first time homebuyer orientation and education classes, as well as, one-on one counseling services to prepare you for homeownership. Please choose only ONE service below.

I was referred by my Loan Officer and ONLY need the 8 hour HUD-approved Homebuyer Education Course Certificate and do NOT want counseling.

I am interested in buying a home and want to schedule my one-on-one for homebuyer coaching and counseling.

We work with current homeowners that are struggling to pay a mortgage or property taxes to help maintain ownership through our counseling services.

I am a homeowner, occupant and I have a financial hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic that caused me to become delinquent on my housing expenses. I would like to apply for the Michigan Homeowner Assistance Fund (MIHAF): https://www.michigan.gov/mshda/homeownership/mihaf-homeowner-assistance.

I would like to apply for the Detroit 0% Home Repair Loan program. http://www.detroithomeloans.org/eligibility-guidelines/

I have been invited by the Detroit Land Back Authority to participate in their Occupied Buy Back Program. ONLY CHOOSE THIS IF YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED TO THE BUY BACK PROGRAM (i.e. you currently live in a land bank house). This is NOT for the discount, please choose the 8 hour education course for that.
